Until my recent retirement, I have had the privilege of accompanying many people on their journeys of self-discovery and personal healing as a mental health professional and group facilitator. I have loved caring for those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, creative blocks, substance abuse, PTSD, and more. I am thrilled to be able to continue this work through legal psilocybin facilitation. My own journey has been one of endless curiosity and discovery, absorbing a fascinating variety of practices that facilitate healing. I have been especially drawn to holistic approaches that include the mysterious language of the unconscious – dreamwork, EMDR, expressive artwork such as SoulCollage® and the visionary states of psychedelics. I have explored the depths of my own psyche through these practices which, along with mindfulness meditation, have helped me to cultivate presence, attunement, and an ability to trust the process. My many years of experience exploring the dreaming psyche provides an excellent foundation as we sit together after your journey and begin to weave your visions into the fabric of your life. I offer at least 2 preparation sessions, facilitate the journey, and at least 3 integration sessions. I consider both preparation and integration to be an essential part of the whole process, and will work to prepare you for this sacred journey with compassion, humor, a warm welcoming presence, and deep respect.
