Terms of use

findfacilitators.com is a directory. It lists people and organisations who say they provide, or who are licensed to provide, psychedelic-assisted services, and it lets you search them by location and by what they offer.

We are not a clinic, a practice, or a referral service. We do not employ, supervise, contract with, or take a commission from anyone listed here. A listing is not a recommendation, and no amount of money can buy a better position in our results.

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, or legal advice, and using it does not create a clinical relationship with anyone, including us. Psychedelics carry real risks — medical, psychological, and legal — and those risks differ enormously depending on your health, your medication, and where you live.

Talk to a qualified clinician about your own situation before you do anything. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line rather than a directory.

We do not sell, supply, source, ship, or arrange the supply of any controlled substance, and we do not permit listings to offer to do so. Listing copy is checked for that, and a listing that offers supply is removed.

The legality of these services varies by state and by substance, and being listed here is not a statement that a given service is lawful where you are. What our badges do and do not mean →

Some listings carry a badge saying we checked a licence against a public register on a particular date. That badge means exactly that and nothing more. We do not vet training, check references, inspect premises, or investigate complaints.

Many listings carry no badge at all. Those are not verified in any way, and we label them as such rather than leaving you to guess.

Registers go stale and licences lapse. Check anything that matters to you directly with the issuing body before you rely on it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract listings or contact details. Contact details are shown one at a time, on request, for a reason.
• Use inquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Impersonate a facilitator, or claim a listing that is not yours.
• Attempt to interfere with the site or gain access to accounts that are not yours.

We may suspend access for any of the above. We would rather explain the problem first, and usually will.

Listing text written by a facilitator is theirs. Data compiled from public records remains a record of a public register. Badges, rankings, and our own descriptions are ours, and we stand behind them.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, current, or complete, that any listed person is competent or available, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Directory data goes out of date; that is the nature of directories.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trujillo Marketing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any dealings with anyone you found through it. Any dealings you have with a facilitator are between you and them.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon. We will try to resolve any complaint by talking to you first — write to legal@findfacilitators.com.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will say so on the site rather than quietly changing the date.
